1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@audiobass.shop with the following details:
Your order number.
The reason for return.
Clear photos of the product (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- If products are not dispatched in 3 days you can request refund.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
